Director of Operations
Marcy Stinson has been with The Children’s House since 1999. Marcy has an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Cincinnati Christian University. Marcy began as Assistant Director and then was promoted to Director of our Delhi location. Later Marcy served as our regional director and now is the Director of Operations responsible for the direct supervision of all six schools.
Director of Education
Cassandra O’Daniel has been with The Children’s House since it’s inception in 1995. Cassie has a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education from Mount Saint Joseph University. Cassie has taught practically every subject we offer to students. Cassie develops the curriculum for our preschool – Kindergarten students. She also is responsible for the academic training of our teachers and works closely with the Board of Education and Homeland Security to ensure we meet or exceed all guidelines.
Director of Accounting and Human Resources
Sarah Miller first began working at The Children’s House in 2003. Sarah has served in various positions at the Children’s House and in 2014 was promoted to Director of Accounting and Human Resources. Sarah has a Bachelors of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from The University of Cincinnati.
Director of The Children’s House Delhi
Jessica Tomasic has a BA in Early Childhood Development from Perdue University in Indiana. Jessica has over 9 years of experience educating children, including two of her own. Jessica has been with The Children’s House since 2013.
Mary Ann Stadtmiller

Mary Ann Stadtmillerhas over 35 years of experience with children. Mary Ann has worked at The Children’s House since 1997. In her many years with the company Mary Ann has served in a number of rolls. For many years Mary Ann was our one-woman accounting department, traveling from school to school. These days Mary Ann keeps the peace at our Delhi School serving as the Assistant Director and Accountant.
Co-Director of The Children’s House Bridgetown
Lauren Gerde has been with The Children’s House for over nine years. Lauren has a Bachelors Degree in Math and Business from Mount St. Joseph University. Lauren has worked at both the Delhi and Bridgetown locations and has held many positions with The Children’s House, such as Classroom Aide, School Age Summer Camp, Geography Teacher, Math Teacher, and Office Assistant. Lauren is currently the Co-Director at the Bridgetown location.

Becky Schwallie has been with the company since 2004. Becky first joined us as a Kindergarten Aide. After 8 years at that position Becky transitioned into the Assistant Director and now serves as the Co-Director and Accountant.
Director of The Children’s House Montgomery
Alicia Jones has worked for The Children’s House since 2016, prior to The Children’s House Alicia worked for several years in childcare as a teacher and also as an Assistant Director. Alicia holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and is currently in school for her MBA.
Asst. Director of The Children’s House Montgomery
Whitne J. Campbell has worked for The Children’s House since 2016 as the Assistant Director. She has worked for several years with children ranging in age from infant to school-age as a teacher, a mentor and as a paraprofessional. Whitne holds a bachelor’s degree in Special Education and Elementary Education from Eastern Michigan University.
Director of The Children’s House West Chester
Javoria Bryant has been with The Children’s House since 2010. She began her career with us at our Montgomery location. While attending Miami University, Javoria held several positions, moving from afternoon aide to science room aide to summer camp coordinator and teacher. Javoria was the Assistant Director at the Montgomery location before she was promoted to Director at the West Chester location in 2014. Javoria has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
Asst. Director of The Children’s House West Chester
Jill Seuberling has been with the company since 2010. Jill is a registered Phlebotomist, but left the medical world to be able to spend her days taking care of children, including three of her own. Jill spent several years aiding with our Pre-school and Pre-K, before she was asked to be the Lead Teacher in our Infant Room. Jill’s quiet compassion and nurturing instincts were a perfect fit for the tiniest of our students. Jill was promoted to Assistant Director in 2015.
Director of The Children’s House Hebron
Holly Watters began her career with The Children’s House in 2013. Holly has over 14 years of experience working with children. Holly has an Associates Degree in Medical Assisting and a CDA in Early Childhood Education. Holly began her career with us as a teacher and quickly moved into the Assistant Director position. Holly was promoted to the Director’s position in 2015.
Asst. Director of The Children’s House Hebron
Katie Parker has been with The Children’s House since 2016. Katie attended Northern Kentucky University and Gateway Community College, receiving a degree in Medical Assisting. Katie specializes in working with our toddlers as well as her work as Assistant Director.
Director of The Children’s House Union
Katie Sye has been with the company since 2012. Katie was a Director in Training at our Hebron school before opening the Union school in 2014. Katie has worked in childcare for over 15 years. Katie attended Cincinnati Christian University where she studied Professional Childcare.
Asst. Director of The Children’s House Union
Courtney Sturgill has been with The Children’s House of Union since 2014. She obtained her Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree at Mount Olive University in North Carolina. Courtney has held several positions at the Union location, such as Classroom Aide, Office Aide and Art Teacher. Courtney transitioned to the Assistant Director position in 2016.
